Katie joined Pennfield Animal Hospital in 2021 as a Veterinary Assistant. In August of 2021, she took on a larger role as our Office Manager. She has been working in Veterinary Medicine since 2012. She has always had a passion for helping animals. She loves spending time outside fishing, camping, visiting the zoo, and watching the Detroit Lions! Katie is a mom to two wonderful kids. She has a soft spot for special needs animals and both of her rescue cats Saffy and Wilson only have 3 legs! She also owns a Persian named Archie. Katie has a Bearded Dragon named Chester and 2 hermit crabs!
